Hi

I’m looking at a workflow and I’ve found an example of someone setting `ROSE_DRY_RUN_MODE`. The variable is not currently documented and only appears in `metomi/rose/etc/lib/bash/rose_log`, itself only used in `metomi/rose/scripts/rose-mpi-launch`. I don’t think that ROSE\_DRY\_RUN\_MODE does anything outside that context.

Is that correct?
If so, would you like me to make a documentation PR?

[Write up of in person discussion with Oliver on this matter]

Rose dry run mode works if `rose_log` is sourced somewhere in the environment with the correct path.
