Option to change order of click menu at task level

Hi there.

I’m working on a remote platform (ARCHER2 launched from PUMA2) which has task state polling every 5 minutes.

I frequently need to poll tasks but need to press the SEE ALL option at the bottom of the menu to get to the poll option.

Is there a way to reorder the options in the menu – perhaps at site level? – or move poll so it’s more easily accessible for frequent usage?

Hi,

There is currently no way for you to configure which commands appear in the short list.

Under normal circumstances we wouldn’t want to encourage people to use poll as it is typically not needed but can lead to people thinking they have to poll a task in order for it’s state to change.

However, if you’re on a platform where direct communication is not possible and polling is the only option, it’s a different matter.
