Hello,
I find it very difficult to distinguish between the default colors when I type “cylc mon -o <suite_name” using version 7.9.3. Is there any way to change the colors to ones that are more friendly to color deficient users?

Hi @chrispsu455
Cylc 7 is very old and it won’t be getting any feature updates anymore. You should upgrade to Cylc 8. The Cylc 8 GUI has one color scheme for color-deficient users already and more could easily be added.
If you are stuck with Cylc 7 for some reason, note that the Cylc 7 desktop GUI did have several color schemes and was customizable in that respect. The in-terminal cylc monitor
utility was a pretty primitive thing and could only be customized indirectly by messing with your terminal color palette.
Thanks for your quick response! Unfortunately, I am stuck with Cylc 7 but will try the desktop GUI.
