Summary output like the old cylc gscan?

i’m soon going to be running a whole barrage of simulations and it would be useful to be able to monitor them like i used to do in cylc gscan.

is there a replacement in the works for this? i can’t see anything in the docs.

There sure is - the Cylc 8 web UI integrates the functionalities of the old cylc gui and cylc gscan into a single application. The left side-panel lists all of your workflows and their state summaries.

There are still some improvements to come (e.g. state summary icons that bubble up to the top of collapse items in the workflow tree) but the basic functionality is there to monitor all of your workflows at once.

ah yeah ok that makes sense, got it. will be great to try out the new functionality when available.
