Tui: issues with urwid 2.6.2 and 2.6.3 - RESOLVED - upgrade to 2.6.4

Recent releases of the Urwid library used by Cylc Tui (the terminal version of the GUI), have unfortunately caused problems resulting in an immediate crash on launch.

We are investigating this and should have a fix before too long, in the mean time, if Tui has become broken for you, please downgrade to urwid 2.6.1.

Thanks to the swift response of the urwid developers, this issue is now fixed with the 2.6.4 release.
