Maintenance release with two main changes:

  • Fix subprocess invocation of several Cylc commands by the GUI (broken at 7.8.2).
  • Restore Python 2.6 compatibility for those stuck on older systems.

Note that the first bug prevented suite start-up from the GUI (but did not affect the usual suite installation and start-up via rose suite-run, and hence went largely unnoticed!).
